CATEGORY 1 EXPENDITURE: Expenditure on Equipment Procurement
Includes supply costs of all forms of ICT equipment deemed necessary by the recipient for the proper operation of the proposed solution. For each equipment supply contract, the beneficiary would have to document in detail the necessity and the role it serves as part of the solution proposed.
The eligible costs in the sub-cost category 1 include:
1. Using computational servers (Servers), and active network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) in the form of Infrastructure as a Service (IAAS),
2. Equipment - jobs for the production and processing of content-related elements (keyboard, monitor, multimedia devices) and the required operating software,
3. Support equipment for the transmission of multiple channels to be used only and exclusively as a test environment and development applications (portable handheld devices, touch screens)
4. Drives and Storage Equipment Storage,
5. Scanning equipment (scanners, cameras, cameras)
The restrictions apply to the equipment costs are:
The amount of the costs of equipment should not be greater than 30% of the eligible investment.
The support equipment for the transmission of multiple channels to be used only and exclusively as a test environment and development applications (portable handheld devices, touch screens) ("3" above) may not exceed the amount of 3.000 €.
The digitizing equipment [Scanners, Cameras, Cameras] ("5" above) may not exceed the amount of 3.000 €.
The eligible to purchase equipment should be new, unused and modern technology, so there is no such retention of title and necessary to directly serve the general purpose of the investment plan of action.
The equipment purchased should be installed at an investment project of the Beneficiary and be maintained in operation at that location for five years after project completion.
O acquiree are recorded in the book of business assets or other similar books as provided in KVS for the category of business.
If the company has purchased the necessary equipment through model «infrastructure as a service», should be fully available when conducting the audit of implementation of the investment.
EXPENDITURE CATEGORY 2: Expenditure Procurement Software and Services Software in the form of Software as a Service »
Includes supply costs of software deemed necessary by the companies for the proper operation of the proposed project. This software, either on cost or market ready software development - customization - customization of application software, should be reported and relates solely to the purposes of the action.
Software refers to other needs of the recipient (examples include anti-Based scanners, office, office automation applications, etc.) are NOT eligible to Action as they relate exclusively to software for managing digital content.
The eligible costs in the sub-cost category 2 include:
1. Software and ICT applications digitize (non-digitized material)
2. Software applications and normalization, archiving, processing (p.ch.rendering), enrichment, and management of this sort (eg Content Management Systems),
3. Software and ICT applications online availability of broadband multimedia content to multiple channels (web, mobile, On Device Portal (ODP), etc.)
4. Software and ICT applications available digital content streaming (streaming)
5. Applications of analysis of the promotional / display (newsletters, analyze campaign responses) digital multimedia content
6. Software workflow and business processes (Workflow Management Systems) and co-management (Collaboration Management Systems),
7. Services - information management applications with a geographic content,
8. Applications of electronic payment
9. Applications of measuring the performance of commercial applications of digital content available to the public (measured in sales per item, per issue, subscriptions, advertising)
10. Applications - Software graphics processing
11. Software applications and ad management
Eligible costs are costs for software are:
A. Costs of software licenses for up to two (2) years from the time of the commission. The same offer must be clear how the provision of the license, eg per named / concurrent user, per server / CPU, per year etc.

Restrictions on expenditure relating to the following software:
The amount of the costs of the software may not exceed 60% of the project.
Maintenance costs are eligible from the time of entry into operation of the software until the expiration time of the Investment Plan aid.
The cost of service software as a service is eligible for up to 24 months from the invoice date, if all the prepaid amount.
The acquiree software assets recorded in the company or other similar books as provided in KVS for the category of business.
EXPENDITURE CATEGORY 3: Expenditure integration services, supply of prepaid and / or technological content subscription services to implement the Action Plan's investment
Includes costs of procuring deemed necessary by the recipient for the proper operation and completion of the proposed project. The services will relate to activities and services provided by external, independent to the company, consultants and providers of specialized services.
These services should not be a continuous or periodic activity nor relate to the usual operating expenditure such as fees for advertising, or regular information campaigns or expenses of the beneficiary or its customers.
Eligible costs are the following:
1. Development services digital advertising material
2. Graphic design services for the enrichment of digital content
3. Studies all forms directly relevant and specific to the investment plan and objectives of the Action
4. Counselling in market research related to the investment project
5. Support services in project management (project management)
6. Supply prepaid and / or subscriber availability of digital content services
7. Data digitization services
8. Collection, treatment and enrichment content
9. Translation Services Content
10. Optimization services search digital content (SEO)
Eligible costs for purchases of services integration, supply pre-paid and / or technological content subscription services to implement the Action of the project follow:
A. Expenditure on services
B. Supply of prepaid and / or subscriber availability of digital content services.
The restrictions apply to purchases of services integration, supply pre-paid and / or technological content subscription services to implement the Action of the project relate to:
The amount of the costs of services may not exceed 40% of the total eligible budget of the project.
The provision of support services in project management ("5" above) may not exceed 5% of the total eligible budget to a maximum of 5.000 €.
The prepaid fee and / or subscription services availability of digital content ("6" above) are eligible up to 24 months from the date of pricing and may not exceed 5% of the total eligible costs of investment and to the amount of 5.000 €.
The studies and surveys ("3" above) may not exceed 10% of total eligible costs of investment and to the amount of 7.000 €.
