Support business initiatives and unemployed young entrepreneurs
Action 1 is a total budget of 36.000.000 € and aims at establishing over 1,000 new businesses but also includes the creation of more than 1,000 new jobs.
Target
- unemployed aged 18-64 establishing new businesses
- existing enterprises owned by 1/1/2011
Eligible firms in all sectors of the Greek economy, other than those not eligible SMRs as retail, food services - coffee shops - hair salons, etc. (see detail below)
What is funded
Categories of eligible costs and maximum reimbursable rate by category:
- Rents up 50%
- Utility Accounts to 40%
- Establishment of Operation Costs 10%
- Service charges (Legal and Accounting Support) to 10%
- Business Plan Preparation Costs up to 5%
- Training costs to 20%
- Depreciation of fixed assets to 5%
- Purchase of equipment / materials and intermediate goods to 10%
- New Job (1 AWU) to 15.000 €
Note that:
The certified budget in each cost category can not be greater than the approved.
VAT is not included in any category of expenditure is not considered an eligible expense and burden on the entire enterprise.
The business plans will be strengthened by Action 1 should have a minimum eligible budget (public expenditure) 10.000 € and a maximum of 20.000 €.
If the proposal involves the creation of new / new position / job, the maximum eligible budget may be up to the amount of 35.000 € (Public Expenditure).
