Announced two new special purpose programs and vital for SMEs to have the guarantee of Credit Guarantee Fund. Two programs that give a big "breath" to thousands of small businesses and suppliers and deliver significant cash benefits to the state and insurance funds.
Announced the basic guidelines and principles of both programs, stressing that the final specifications, terms and procedures will be identified and fleshed by the Board TEMPME, taking into account the following guidelines.
It is, as we shall see, programs targeted to viable small businesses, which ensure that the money "spent" and directed that there really is no need.
TEMPME first program: insurance and tax payment obligations
In the first program covered by the Credit Guarantee Fund guaranteed low interest loans, tax and insurance obligations thousands of small businesses. Program is an extraordinary measure to support the crisis-viable firms. A program that responds to all productive entities such as chambers, the GSEVEE and EERA, which combines business support and cash assistance and public insurance funds.
Companies for which at present has stopped the flow of credit because they lack insurance and tax clearance, can a low loan through the Credit Guarantee Fund to meet up to 100% of their obligations to the IRS and insurers. They are given so the opportunity to gain back tax and insurance clearance and seamlessly continue their production and functional activity. They are given the opportunity yet, and I want to emphasize, to become eligible by law for business and professional debts to the banks.
The original program budget is 1 billion and debts for businesses to tax authorities and insurance funds have not been paid until 28.02.2010. The program expires on 31.12.2010, stating precisely the exceptional because of the crisis of character.
Entitled I t SMEs in all sectors of the economy (of any age - new or existing) and all forms of companies (sole proprietorships, general partnerships, limited partnerships, Ltd., Inc.) employing less than 50 and were last used in turnover to 10 million. Excluding businesses that have received capital from the programs first phase of TEMPME and businesses that have or will receive capital from vfasi TEMPME and employ 10 workers and more. Also excluded firms in difficulty according to EU regulations.
The maximum loan is € 100,000 and the lowest at 5,000 euros, depending on the number of employees.

The loan will be channeled automatically to WHO and pension funds
The loan is 6 years with 2 years grace period during which that businesses will pay only the interest, to facilitate as much as possible repayment of the loan during the crisis.
The coverage rate of the Credit Guarantee Fund is 80%, while for loans above EUR 40,000 the company, if requested by the Bank to provide collateral to 10% of the loan.
Second program TEMPME: cover costs for raw materials, goods, services and other intangible assets
The second program allows announced a real breath so much liquidity to SMEs to cover the purchase of raw materials and other intangible assets and to suppliers who are currently paid either very late or are "trapped" in bounced checks. The total budget and this project is 1 billion and the end is about two years from now, until 31.12.2011.
