Following the approval decision with which the program moved to New Freelance OAED. We would like to inform you on important issues concerning the program in which you join.
Specifically:

- The program is funded by the European Union and in particular the European Social Fund through the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development" 2007-2013. According to the definitions of the National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF 2007-2013) your new company is a beneficiary of the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development."
- One of the obligations arising from the financing, in accordance with European Union regulations are made public the names of the beneficiaries of programs and the amounts of which have thrived on the website of the Employment Agency and / or the NSRF 2007-2013 (www.espa.gr).
- The grant you have been approved under the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1998/2006 of 15 December 2006 relating to de minimis aid (Commission Regulation "de minimis", published in EU Official Journal L379 / 5, 28.12 / , 2006). This regulation provides that the total de minimis aid granted to an undertaking shall not exceed the amount of 200,000 euros over any three consecutive fiscal years (or EUR 100,000 for companies engaged in road transport ). This means that the aid has taken or will take your business from the program of the New Freelance OAED which was under, plus any other de minimis aid received any business from your other programs over the next two years should not aggregate exceed the above amounts.
- In addition, please note that the program that you have entered is amended as follows:
The MET will retain their business for twelve (12) additional months after the twelve-month period of the grant will be funded with the additional amount of 5.000,00 €, which will be paid after submission of the application within 60 days from end of the second twelve months.
Furthermore, the MET will retain their business for twelve (12) additional months after the second (2nd) twelve-month period of the grant will be funded with the additional amount of 1.000,00 €, which will be paid after submission of the application within 60 days from the end of the third twelve months.
If you wish to join the program with the new conditions will have to fill out the registration form and to furnish directly to the Service that you qualify. Otherwise you will continue to implement the program with the initial conditions and without the right to further grant.
