The program is aimed at maintaining 10,000 jobs in the hotel business of continuous operation with a grant from the non-wage labor costs accounting for 40% of employer contributions for a period of twelve (12) months.
The application deadline for expressions of interest to participate in the program will start on 23.07.2010 under the Governor of the Agency, as maturity is defined as 09/14/2010.
Beneficiaries and conditions for participation
The hotel industry continued operation can be included in the program to promote employment by a grant from the employers' insurance contributions for a period of one (1) year to maintain 10,000 jobs, if they meet the following conditions:
a) licensed EOT in force
b) maintain the same number of both permanent staff and staff on temporary contracts provided that the contract extension until the end of the program, employing on 04/30/2010, throughout the duration of the project, for twelve (12) months.
c) not to have moved to terminate the employment contract from 01/01/2010 to 30/04/2010.
Businesses that are downsizing due to termination of employment contract 01/01/2010 to 30/04/2010, enter the program if they replace at least 20% of dismissed within 30 days from the date of the application for membership.
Similarly reaching the companies that are downsizing due to contract termination after 30.04.2010 replace if within 30 days of the request for entry.
Hotel company that maintains continuous operating more units (Hotel - Marinas - SPA - Golf, etc.) may be included in any program unit wishes, under the same conditions.
The program can only benefit companies that were not in difficulty on 1 July 2008.
Beneficiaries of the program are:
a) hotel employees who are permanent staff and who remain employed in the hotel business continued operating with the same employment status for a period of twelve (12) months
b) hotel employees on temporary contracts provided that the contract extension until the end of the program.
The program will not count the number of staff and will not fall for a grant, the trainees practical example Technological Institute of and Tourism Department.
