In the next few days awaiting official announcement of the programmatic As 
Program support for Greek enterprises in the midst of crisis, the total budget of EUR 80 million, announced by the Manpower Employment Organization (OAED), while the official announcement is expected within the next few days.
The objective of this program is to fund programs for the design and implementation of "Integrated Design of Structural Adjustment Business and workers" in order to enable companies to meet the new conditions shaping the economic crisis, and to integrate new technologies in their production process . The program funding is provided by the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development."
Greek businesses are divided according to their workforces, for those employing 1 to 49 persons as employed and those with a staff of over 50 people with the same type of work.
If a company applies for participation in the program, may take 100% funding for the following:
- Consulting adjustment in personnel matters, drafting and submitting your submission operation, monitoring implementation of the adjustment plan, etc.
- Staff training in disciplines that are necessary to adapt the company to new conditions brought about by the economic crisis.
Regarding the first group, application form, may submit as many companies have made entry activity before January 1, 2008 and are based on Greek territory. The total budget funding for the first group of enterprises amounts to 20 million, while the beneficiaries funded with grants of minor importance (de minimis) and can not exceed a total sum of 200,000 euros.
Please note that businesses employing 1 to 19 employees will participate in the program through their branches Agency required, who will be asked to prepare and submit Sector Structural Adjustment Scheme for Micro and Small Enterprises. Those companies have staff from 20 to 49 employees will have the choice of how to participate, either through branches Body or independently.
Furthermore, application for participation in the program may submit as many companies employ over 50 people as employed and were not in difficulty on 1 July 2008 and are based on Greek territory and face operational problems such as:
- Increase damage
- Reduction in turnover
- Swelling inventories
- Overcapacity
- Falling cash flow
- Increased borrowing
- Increased financial burdens
- Weakness or nil net asset value
The total budget funding for the above group of companies is 60 million, while each firm accounts for up to EUR 500,000.
