Published in the Gazette issue B 2593/31-12-2009 Decision of the Governing Council of the Manpower Employment Organization with which a schedule 2,500 new self-employed aged 22 - 64 years under the name "NEW PROGRAM YEAR 2009 Professionals - Cycle B ".
PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM.
The program aims to promote the unemployed into work through the financial support of business initiatives.
PRIORITIES AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE PLAN.
From 2,500 locations:
• 1.250 posts will be filled by unemployed people aged 22 to 32 years.
• 1.250 posts will be filled by unemployed people aged 33 to 64 years.
CONDITIONS OF CANDIDATES
1) To have the status of the unemployed (unemployment sheet having effect on the date of commencement of business or up to thirty (30) days before the start) and have benefited from the process of individualized intervention.
2) Have attended a seminar on entrepreneurship Employment Promotion Centres (KPA) of the Employment Agency.
3) To have Greek nationality or citizenship of another State - State of the Union or are expatriates who have right of residence and employment in our country.
4) Have an identification number (TIN) and (men candidates) have complete or legally released from their military obligations.
5) to have made entry activity from 01/10/2009 onwards.
May join the Program, provided they participate in at least 51% in the capital, State:
- General partnership (GP).
- Limited Company (EU), only for the unlimited liability of its members and
-E.P.E.
There is the possibility of application to join the program for professionals who have applied for the program NEE aged 22 to 64 years under the name "NEW PROGRAM YEAR 2009 Professionals" (the No. 1075/10/3.3.2009 decision of the Board OAED - Gov. 603/V/2-4-2009) and their business plan was rejected by a three-member evaluation committee, revoke a declaration if their complaints are not dealt with until the publication of this in the Gazette and improve their business plan points concerning the reasons for rejection and comply with the terms and conditions of this decision unless the date of trade tax.
GRANT AMOUNT:
The grant amount for each new self-employed under the program shall be as follows:
• For unemployed aged 22 to 32 to 18.000,00 €.
• For unemployed aged 33 to 64 to 15.000,00 €.
The grant will be paid as follows:
The deposit and first installment will be equal to 35% of the grant and the second installment of 30% of the grant.
The grant amount is increased by 3.000,00 € in cases of:
• State Company (OE, the EU member with unlimited liability or Ltd.) as described in paragraph 2 of this when the stake in the company's capital does not exceed 60%
• subsidized unemployed who stop subsidizing unemployment until the second (2nd) month of their grant.
The MET will retain their business for twelve (12) additional months after the twelve-month period of the grant will be funded with the additional amount of 5.000,00 €, which will be paid after submission of the application within 60 days from end of the second twelve months.
