Re-program The program
The program aims to promote the unemployed women in employment, through the financial support of business initiatives.
The number of unemployed women beneficiaries will total to 4,000 people.
Priority will be given to unemployed women:
- entitled to grant unemployment
- to be expanding into innovative sectors, especially in green development and
- members of a company (OE, EU member with unlimited liability for or Ltd.), involved a rate of 51% to 60% in the capital.
Role of the Public Employment - Beneficiaries of transactions
According to Article 29 of n.1262/1982 (GG 70 / A '/ 16.6.1982) "To provide incentives to strengthen economic and regional development in the country and amendment of relevant provisions," as amended by Articles 6 and 7 of Law 1836/1989 (Government Gazette 79/A/14.3.1989) and Article 6 of n.2434/1996 (GG 188/A/20.8.1996) the Manpower Employment Organization (OAED) implements grant business employment initiatives.
In accordance with Article 4 § 1 of Law 3614/2007, the Manpower Employment Organization (OAED) in the program, acting as intermediary Management (EFD). For this transaction beneficiaries are unemployed women opened a new business.
Beneficiaries and conditions for participation
Check that the proposal
Concerned should:
1.1. To have the status of the unemployed (unemployment sheet having effect on the date of commencement of business or up to thirty (30) days before the start) and have benefited from the process of individualized approach.
1.2. To have attended a seminar on entrepreneurship Employment Promotion Centres (KPA) of the Employment Agency.
1.3. Be Greek citizens or citizens of another EU Member State or are expatriates who have right of residence and employment in our country.
1.4. Have a tax identification number (TIN)
1.5. Have made entry activity after the publication of the decision in the Official Gazette.
1.6. Have reached the 22nd birthday and up to 64 years.
It is possible to grant the company that has the same object of activity with a company that operated in the same space from another practitioner within the last six months before the date of commencement of operations of the new company to DOY, only where there has been no conveyance or transfer or acquisition of old company or the equipment thereof.
May join the Program, provided they participate in at least 51% in the capital, State:
- General partnership (GP)
- Limited Company (EU), only for the unlimited liability of its members and
- Ltd.
EXCEPTIONS
Not qualify for the program:
2.1. Occupations that require the vacancy (eg notaries, bailiffs, etc.) and thus creating a firm does not depend on the decision and initiative of the party which could be enhanced by providing the grant.
2.2. Those employed in the operation of public passenger use (taxi), bus or commercial truck.
2.3. Create as many seasonal businesses, only earthworks, tutorials, workshops, or liberal studies centers, canteens, kiosks, pharmacies, companies that operate only at night (10 pm - 6 am), and businesses providing recreational services Bulk data (night clubs, bars, etc.), gaming, entertainment and electronic games, agencies Propo, Lotto, Lottery and related them.
2.4. Itinerant businesses.
2.5. Canteens, schools, organizations, etc. The assignment of the function and the operators are then auctioned.
2.6. The companies that have complex object activity and one of them included in the exceptions.
2.7. Limited Companies (SA)
2.8. Businesses involved in fisheries, aquaculture and coal, the primary production of agricultural products, companies engaged in resale to retailers or dealers, or classified as problematic.
2.9. Those programs are subsidized by MET in the past
2.10. Those with another company from 1.1.2000 onwards
Duration and amount of grant
The duration of the subsidy shall be thirty six (36) months.
The grant amount for each new professions under the program established to 24.000,00 €.
The first tranche of EUR 6000.00 million paid after the decision to join the rest 18000.00 million in three (3) equal annual installments of 6000.00 euros each, paid at the end of each year following application and after having made at least one spot check during the interval, where he found the ordinary course of business.
