Please be aware that with a No. 2418/27.2.2009 Decision of the Minister of Employment and Social Protection Programme up six thousand (6,000) young professionals (N.E.E.) doctors, dentists, veterinarians, pharmacists, lawyers and engineers, graduates Universities and Polytechnics, with the distinctive title "New professions - Young Scientists for 2009."
The date of electronic submission for expressions of interest in the relevant area of the website of the Public Employment for the program, set for 25/5/2009, under the Governor's Employment Agency. The final date for receipt of requests for expressions of interest for participation in the program candidates will be determined by decision of the Governor of OAED
The program aims to encourage, through financial support of young scientists who are doctors, dentists, veterinarians, pharmacists, lawyers and engineers who are graduates of Universities and Polytechnics, who decide to exercise their profession.
The positions of the program will be distributed in Administrative Regions according to the needs of each region and according to priorities of employment policy by the Governor of the Public Employment. To achieve the objective of the program, there is scope for reallocation of positions.
1.PROTERAIOTITES AND BENEFICIARIES OF THE PLAN
The program can integrate new scientists who are doctors, dentists, veterinarians, pharmacists, lawyers, engineers are graduates of Universities, Polytechnics, if they meet the following conditions:
A. Have a certificate of participation in the program (by the competent employment services of the Employment Service).
B. To have made opening trade tax (the competent tax office) required by 02/01/2009 onwards.
May join the program and those who have made a start trade tax from 01/01/2008 and after, stating as their home office, provided that from 02/01/2009 onwards, have made the first change in seat independent workplace. The start date will be considered the first change.
C. Do not have elapsed until the date of activity, more than six (6) years from the date of acquisition of the diploma (for all other categories) or the acquisition of specialty (for physicians). When the period of six (6) years including time tracking of postgraduate study, this time extending the corresponding limit of six (6) years. The above arrangement is not for doctors.
For graduates of foreign space of six (6) years calculated from the recognition of their diploma from DOATAP.
For qualifications obtained in a European Union and does not require recognition by DOATAP the six (6) years, calculated by taking the degree.
D. aged up to 34 years (until the date of their activity) than female doctors and young scientists, mothers of at least one minor child and regardless of specialty can not be more than 42 years. For those who have obtained postgraduate degrees, until reaching the age of 34 years, this limit is extended respectively during the period relating to postgraduate studies. In calculating the age of NEE considers the thirty-first December of the year of birth. The postgraduate studies abroad are taken into account if there is recognition by DOATAP.
Q. In the statement of the notice from the relevant tax office for the financial year of activity, personal income does not exceed the amount of 15.000,00 €.
Especially for young scientists categories that require practice to acquire specialty or license to practice (such as doctors, lawyers, etc.), their remuneration during the training does not count as income in order to join the program.
F. To have the Greek nationality or citizenship of another State - State of the Union or expatriates who have right of residence and employment in our country.
G. Have a tax identification number (TIN) and have met or legally released from their military obligations (male candidates).
H Office will maintain military status certificate Form A in the record, which according to the No. DIADP/A/5482 joint decision of the Minister of Interior, Public Administration and Decentralization and the Minister of National Defence if they are Greek citizens searched automatically by the jurisdiction to issue the administrative act Service. The automatic search of the above military service certificates, means that the department sent a request to the competent Enlistment Office in accordance with the appropriate form and conditions contained in the decision to issue and send it to the Certificate. Regarding where expatriates or nationals of countries of the European Union stakeholders will provide a declaration that they have no obligation with regard to fulfilling their military obligations without requiring the production of a certificate of origin.
Of 6,000 positions 60% will come from women.
Eligible for the program up to three (3) members of companies:
- Unlimited (OE)
- Limited partnerships (EU), only for omorrythma members,
- EIA
- Law firms of PD 81/2005,
provided that each candidate for inclusion in the program attend at least 25% of the share capital.
2. EXCEPTIONS
The program does not fit the:
A) Public limited companies (SA)
B) Urban non-profit companies,
C) who creates a job has the same scope of activity to another professional who has been active in the same area within the last twelve months before the date of commencement of operations of the new self-employed in the tax office
D) who had no business before the new tax office to start calling, trade, except of the previous activity of non-physician specialist, whose duration does not exceed, in any case, the twelve (12) months.
They can be placed in the program who create enterprise secondary activity which is not consistent with the objective of the program such as engineers who, as a secondary activity indicate Contractors, Subcontractors Building work.
3. AMOUNT OF GRANT
The grant amount for each new free trader down to 15,000.00 euros. With the adoption of the decision approving paid EUR 5000.00 and then 5000.00 euros paid by the end of each half of the grant is twelve months following application of and after having made at least one spot check during the interval (where there is normal activity).
The duration of the grant for each new professions included in the program shall be twelve (12) months from the order entry program.
