SUBJECT: Special two-year program to promote employment by subsidizing the insurance contributions for the recruitment of 25,000 unemployed.
Object program The program
The program aims to create new jobs by a grant from the wage and non wage labor costs, which is the level of contributions, as that calculation is based on the earnings corresponding to the height of the minimum basic salary as defined in each case by the EGSSE, private companies as an incentive for the recruitment of 25,000 unemployed, full employment, with emphasis on youth and 30 years in special groups of unemployed, which are analyzed as follows:
- unemployed who are currently near retirement and who are less up to 1,500 days of insurance or up to 5 years for the age limit for establishing the minimum pension age of IKA
- women long term unemployed, over 45 and unemployed women over 50
- Large families / Ness and triteknoi / Ness
- single mothers
The program is aimed at private businesses and general private sector employers, with priority given to small businesses employing 50 people at the time expressions of interest for inclusion in the program, particularly those working in innovative fields such as green economy. The aim is to enhance the net increase in new jobs and employment, in addition to those created in any project practicing in another scheme.
Eligible beneficiaries and conditions for participation
1. Business
The beneficiaries are all private businesses and general private sector employers.
In order to benefit a private enterprise in the program should not be taken during the semester prior to application for the program to reduce staff due to termination of employment contract. In case of dismissal the company should have taken in place of the employee until the date of application for this program.
This requirement applies to companies set up after transfer or change of legal form and re-dissolution in the same or other place subject to this activity.
Not classified:
- All companies are governed, in terms of recruiting staff from the provisions of Law 2190/94 (GG 28/A/03.03.1994) and Law 3812 (Gov. 234/A/28.12.2009).
- The nightclubs and agencies (Article 20 of n.2956/2001) for their employees who work for another employer (indirect employer).
- The provision of cleaning services and storage.
- The operators in the fisheries, aquaculture and coal, the primary production of agricultural products, companies engaged in resale to retailers or dealers or identified as problematic.
- Individual companies for people who are married or in connection with first-degree relatives by blood or marriage to the businessman.
- The OE, EU, SA, and LTD to general partners in GP and EU members on the Board in SA, the partners in the LLC, and the wives and relatives of first degree by blood or marriage to them.
- Cooperatives for their members.
- When the subject of a business is complex and one of the items excluded from the program.
2. Unemployed
Benefiting the people recruited by the companies that will join the program must:
- have the status of unemployed and unemployment possess a valid
- be Greek citizens or citizens of another EU Member State or are expatriates who have right of residence and employment in our country.
- have completed the standard form individualized approach and to agree on an individual action plan.
Unable to submit:
- For people in the last 12 months before the date of their inclusion in the program were employed in any way the same undertaking or undertakings transferred or changing their legal form or dissolve and re-opened in the same or another area with the same subject activity, from which emerged a new successor company or affiliates.
- For people who are necessarily placed with N.2643/98.
Procedure for bringing
Companies wishing to join the program if there are empty seats, electronically submit a request for the Service, or the CFR KPA2 closest seat in the company by selecting the relevant column.
If the company has branches, then the application will be submitted to the Agency, whose competence under the seat or branch that will
worked on a grant to staff.
The applications can be made through the CFR or CFR 2, where the company can not access the Internet or through ADS.
Amount and duration of grant
Grant amount is defined as the amount corresponding to part of the monthly contributions, as calculated by the following year for all branches of the main insurance IKA and supplementary ETEAM and part of the monthly contributions of those who receive Social Security or syneisprattei for Sector Bodies and Social Security.
For workers, who instead of ETEAM, other secured auxiliary funds, defined as the amount of the grant amount corresponds to part of the monthly contributions for all branches of the main insurance IKA and part of the monthly contributions of the respective auxiliary funds and part of the monthly contributions of those who receive Social Security or syneisprattei for Sector Bodies and Social Security.
Also, as the grant amount specified additional amount corresponding to part of the monthly contributions, gifts for Christmas and Easter and holiday bonuses for the months they paid.
As a basis for calculating the percentage of these grant funds on actual gross earnings of employees / subsidized corresponding to the height of the minimum basic salary as defined in each case by the EGSSE.
The grant amount is calculated as a percentage of contributions (employers and workers):
- for ordinary unemployed
• Eighty percent (80%) for the first year and
• Sixty percent (60%) for the second year - youth and special groups of unemployed, as described in Article 1,
• Eighty percent (80%) for the first year and
• Eighty percent (80% for second year
from each intake and attributed through open account billing IKA-OAED and the corresponding crediting of the employer, unless the grant amount, which represents insurance contributions or any part thereof, other auxiliary funds, paid directly to the company.
Likewise will be paid directly to employers who meet grant amounts after treatment of their complaints.
The duration of the grant shall be twenty four (24) months.
After the expiration of the grant undertake to maintain staff for twelve (12) months yet.
In the first quarter of each year, part of the stated total amount of subsidy is paid through credit facilities to the previous year to an amount corresponding to the insurance contributions or any part of these sectors in kind, cash and professional risk of IKA, paid to IKA in cash credited equally while the credit facilities, after the competent services of the Social Security transmit to the appropriate CFR or KPA2 situation with details of subsidized enterprises and insured persons, who have benefited from the program.
