The aim of the program "SUPPORTS 2009"
"The program is funded by the total amount of 40.000.000,0 € EUR (Public Expenditure) of the following operational programs:
1. Amount of 26.755.024 € of the Operational Program "Competitiveness and Entrepreneurship" adopted by yparith. C (2007) 5338/26-10-2007 approval decision for Community assistance from the ERDF under the Convergence for eight regions of Greece (CC1 GR161 PO001). The program is part of the Priority Axis 2 "Increasing entrepreneurship and extroversion" thematic priority code 09 'Other measures to stimulate research and innovation and entrepreneurship in SMEs. " The program fits with the overall objective to support entrepreneurship and extroversion, the upgrading of the productive fabric of the country, the increase in productive investment and inflows of Foreign Direct Investment and the overall quality improvement of products and services in all areas.
At the same time the program fits with the specific objectives of Priority Axis 2 relating to:
· Support and increase productive investment which contributes to strengthening the presence of Greek enterprises in the domestic and international markets with emphasis on quality improvement, standardization and certification of Greek products and businesses.
· Upgrade / transformation of entrepreneurship need a high-potential entrepreneurship - Upgrading of the business base in areas that lag behind the development of business or guided outdated forms
Conditions of Participation
1. Participation in this program are existing very small manufacturing enterprises (see Annex II in accordance with Regulation 800/2008 of the Commission), which met the following cumulative conditions:
· Have the center of activity within the limits of the territory.
· Carrying out an eligible activity sectors processing the table in Annex I to this.
· The main business of the company eligible to belong to the manufacturing base of the largest gross revenues (according to code 761 E3 form of tax return).
• Have close at least one full (minimum 12-month) fiscal year.
· They employed, in the year 2008, 0 - 9 people under employment (not including self-employed), expressed in Annual Work Units (AWU).
· The average turnover of last three years rising from 20.000 € to 2.000.000,0 €.
· Have a valid license in manufacturing activity or relevant exculpatory.
· They have documented the requisite participation within the same submission.
2. The program comprises enterprises in a legal form should be individual firm or company (General Partnership, Limited, Ltd. or Limited Partnership).
3. Every business has a right to participate in (1) single proposal. In case of participation in more than one proposal in the program, proposals that legal person involved will reject all.
Eligible Costs
7.1 Categories of eligible costs
In formulating the overall budget proposed by the company is required to link the spending estimates in the following categories of eligible costs.
1. Special Equipment and Facilities
2. Building & landscaping work permit through small-scale
3. Advertising Costs - Exhibitions National - International
4. Other intangible costs
Limits budgets and rate of funding
1. The following table shows the limits of the budget proposals in EURO (excluding VAT), as well as the percentage of public funding
